Final Zone Bills

Mod3 zones are due to be permanently shut down, and closing bills issued.

As per our announcement in May, Sheffield zone hosting hardware owned by Mod3 is due to be decommissioned this month, and will be shut down without further warning, effectively ceasing the Mod3 zone hosting service. Customers will shortly be issued with a joint June/ July closing bill.

Customers who have taken the opportunity to migrate to a SparseZone bundle will be billed commencing 1st August, on a quarterly or annual basis, in advance, as agreed during the migration process.

This means that many customers will be receiving two bills; one in advance from SparseZone, for service commencing this month, and one in arrears from Mod3, for services rendered in June and July. Unfortunately, the switch from payment in arrears to payment in advance makes this inevitable, but rest assured, while you may have two bills, you're not being billed for the same thing twice.
